Hii guys!!! This is my first post...n will come up with the
best and easy tips to shed your kilos and the flab from your body...no need to
go for dieting or heavy gyming…Doing things the simple way is the best way. You
just need to make some little and easy lifestyle changes in how and what you
eat. I bet you this will result in big losses and you will get amazed.
Here are some easy tips to have a control over your weight
and stay fit throughout the year.
1. Have a glass of lukewarm water daily when
you get up in the morning. Apart from the other benefits, lukewarm water is
best for weight loss. Have a cup of it after every meal. This will not only
digest the food u have eaten but will also not let that food convert into fat.
2. Divide your heavy big meals into many small
meals. For example- if you have three heavy meals in a day, then divide them
into six small meals and just see the difference.
3. In the breakfast, have anything that is
nutritious and healthy like poha, porridge, upma, oats, sandwich, idlis or dosas
anything.
4. Never skip your daily workout routine. In this
way you will burn out the extra calories you have consumed and your body will
feel fresh and active through out the day.
5. And yeah guys, do have a cup of green tea just
half n hour before going for exercise or workout. Trust me it has numerous
benefits on the body. The reason why I am saying you to have it before workout
is that it increases your body’s metabolism and fasters the process of burning
calories.
6. Guys if you are a fan of sweets, junk, fried
food and you cant control yourself from having it, then have it but yeah do one
thing, just cut down the consumption of carbohydrates the next day. Have porridge
and lots of salads and have them as separate meals. Your stomach will feel very
light.
